Fees & Payment
All payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, checks or electronic payment. Although I am not currently an in-network provider with any insurance companies I am willing to provide you with a "super-bill" or receipt at the end of each month which you can submit to your own insurance if you have out-of-network benefits. I strongly suggest that you call the Customer Service number on the back of your insurance card as many plans have very high coverage for out-of-network providers. I am in-network with Lyra Behavioral Health, contracted with many tech companies in the Bay Area. You can contact me or your employer to see if you have benefits through this option.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychiatric services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychiatric services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
